The role of healer in society is as old as man himself. Shamans, medicine men, witch doctors etc. We all have the answers to any of life’s questions. We all have the ability to access our own inner landscape and unconscious. We all have the ability to heal others and many of us do it sub-consciously to the detriment of our own well being. For some of us it is the purpose of this life.

Jung knew this and studied indigenous tribes at length, moving into the esoteric, in order to more understand the human psyche. The shaman is the member of the tribe who moves between the realms and brings back answers and healing for the family or tribe. Is this you? If so, with humility and bravery you may find yourself knocking at the door of the healer’s journey.

Were you the member of the family always called upon to put a smile on everybody’s face? Are you the one your friends always turn to for support or advice? Do strangers strike up conversations with you in the oddest of situations? Have you been shunned by those you helped once you asked for something in return? Do you feel deep down that if you take on other’s suffering you can make their pain go away? Were you the black sheep or the golden child? Or a little bit of both?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then there is a good chance you are here to be a healer, you just never realised it. Freedom Monkey can help you find out and enable you to heal others without hurting yourself, at last.
